Blue Black not to be confused with Paynes Grey. Slight Blue in the fade not overly Blue still passable as Tattoo Flash. Smaller learning curve than the Black Velvet and more workability. If you like the vintage look with a slight blue glow this one is for you. Can be painted over or under other colors makes great grey tones as well. Made from Carbon black and phthalo blue 100% vegan no weird ingredients.
