The brightest blue I ever saw in a Tattoo was on an old Tattooer named Renegade. The Tattoo was done by Bob Shaw it was a Pin-Up in the most beautiful Blue Kimono. This paint is made of the same stuff. So bright. No polys no sketchy ingredients.
